Normal Working Conditions

To ensure reliable operation, the ECB product should be installed and operated under the following conditions:

Brief Introduction of Structure

● The electric operating mechanism is between 85~110% of the rated operating voltage (24VDC, the voltage allowable range is 22.4~25.2VDC), which can ensure the reliable operation of the circuit breaker.

● Operating voltage: AC220V/DC220V, AC380V/DC380V, DC24V; a total of 3 operating voltages.

● P1 and P2 are the operating power supply access terminals. P1 and P2 must be isolated from the main circuit of the circuit breaker and can withstand voltage resistance of not less than AC2000V/1min between the main circuit and shall not break down and flashover. The detection voltage resistance instrument used complies with IEC60947-1 (GB14048) .1) Requirements

● S1, S2, S4 are the access end of the control line, and the signal is the pulse signal (short-term connection); the contacts on the table relay are connected to S1 (common point), S2 (close), S4 (open). When S1 and S2 are connected through the contacts on the table relay, the circuit breaker is closed (the closing command does not require the signal to be connected or disconnected to execute uniformly); when S1 and S4 are connected through the contacts on the table relay, the circuit breaker is split (the switch command does not require the signal to be connected or disconnected)

● When the automatic mode is switched to manually operate the circuit breaker to close or split the gate, the circuit breaker can close or split the gate. It is not affected by the on or disconnection signals of S1, S2 and S4.

● When the manual mode operation circuit breaker is closed or disconnected and switched to automatic mode, the circuit breaker does not need to operate according to the signal control mode, only re-operate the closing signal S1, S2 to turn on the circuit breaker to close (the closing command does not require the signal to be connected or disconnected); the switch S1, Deduction (the command does not require the signal to be connected or disconnected to execute).

● When the circuit breaker fails short-circuit tripping or tripping, the 1s self-reset function (automatic operation of the circuit breaker to the splitter position) will be delayed in automatic mode, which will not be controlled by the signal before tripping or tripping (the closing signal is uniformly connected or the gate signal is uniformly connected); only the re- The gate is closed (the closing command does not require the signal to be connected or disconnected uniformly); the gate S1 and S4 are connected to the circuit breaker (the gate command does not require the signal to be connected or disconnected for execution). In manual mode, there is no operation to close or split the circuit breaker.
