5.Equipment self-test

This product has manual detection function. Long press the detection button "T" on the surface of the switch, and the switch will automatically generate residual current detection signal and fault arc signal. When two kinds of fault signals are detected, the switch is disconnected and the self-test is successful; If there is a self-test failure, the switch is constantly on, four indicators are steady on, the circuit breaker itself is faulty, need to replace the circuit breaker. The manual detection function of this product needs to be pressed once a month to ensure timely detection of equipment faults and ensure user safety.

This product has automatic detection function. When the switch is powered on for the first time or every 1 hour of continuous operation, automatic fault arc detection is carried out inside the equipment. The self-test is successful, and the equipment continues to work; The self-test fails, the switch is constantly on, the four indicators are steady on, the circuit breaker itself is faulty, and the circuit breaker needs to be replaced. 5.Failure indication

Transient overload

Excessive use of electrical equipment, excessive load

1. Turn off the load on the back end of the product and press the reset button to restore it to normal.

Fault arc

Insulation aging, breakage; poor contact

Disconnect all electrical appliances and connect to each one individually until a fault is found.

After finding the faulty electrical appliance, first off and then in accordance with the following steps: 1) after the first observation of electrical appliances external wire aging, broken; bad contact terminal.

observe whether the connecting part between the wire and the electric appliance, the wire and the plug is loose or not.

if no abnormality is found in the above two steps, please further investigate the internal problems of electrical appliances.

If a switch trip occurs regardless of the use of any electrical appliance and the indicator shows information about the fault arc, try using a different plug or socket. Please replace the socket if the socket is out of order. Please replace the socket if the socket is out of order.

4, repeat the above steps still can not solve the problem, please check the indoor distribution lines.

Residual current

1. The human body touches the live part to produce the residual current

The equipment insulation fault to the ground residual current

3. The line is damaged, to the ground residual current

1, people or animals electrocuted lead to release, make people or animals away from the electrified equipment after re-closing the switch, press the reset button, indicator lights no longer alarm.

2, equipment to the ground residual current: Unplug all electrical appliances, re-close the switch, in order to test each electrical appliances separately. Find out and disconnect the fault electrical appliances, press the reset button no longer alarm.

3. Seek further investigation and disposal by qualified professionals.

Overpressure and underpressure

High front-end voltage caused by direct lightning

High front-end voltage caused by distribution line fault

Inductance in the circuit, capacitor components produce resonance

4, circuit load current (such as large equipment start) caused by under-voltage.

1, respectively detect the front-end voltage, if the front-end voltage abnormal contact manufacturers or maintenance personnel for circuit maintenance.

2, the back-end voltage is abnormal, after disconnecting the electrical appliances, long press the T key, replace the electrical application scene.

3, some large-scale equipment start-up when the existence of over-voltage phenomenon, after closing this kind of equipment long press t key no longer alarm.

LN exchange

Faulty wiring results in a reverse zero-wire connection

1. Use a multimeter to locate the zero-fire line.

2, the front-end zero-wire connection, disconnect the front-end power connection.

3, the back end of the zero-wire connection is reversed, after the switch is broken, the connection is positive。

Equipment failure

There is an internal fault in the equipment

Contact relevant staff to repair or replace the equipment.

Other malfunctions

Other indicator lights do not indicate fault trip

Contact relevant staff to repair or replace the equipment.
